(Hummelstown, PA) Representative Charlie Dent (PA-15) hosted a legislative update event yesterday at the Hummelstown Fire Company. Nearly fifty people attended the community forum, where information was provided about Congressman Dent's work on national issues affecting the local community and the area's families and employers.

"I have the privilege of representing the people of the Pennsylvania 15th, and it's crucial that I hear from my constituents about how the decisions made in Washington will affect them here at home and on a national scale," stated Congressman Dent. "I'm grateful for opportunities like this that allow me to provide an update on my work in Washington and hear about issues of concern directly from the people of Dauphin County."

The event lasted for a little over an hour. Questions raised by attendees focused on a broad range of topics including Medicare, refugees, protecting law enforcement officers, and veterans issues.
