(Fredericksburg, PA) Representative Charlie Dent (PA-15) hosted a legislative update event yesterday at the Matthews Public Library in Fredericksburg. Several dozen constituents attended the community forum, where information was provided about Congressman Dent's work on national issues affecting the local community and the area's families and employers.

"People across Pennsylvania and here in Lebanon County want to know that their voices are being heard and that their opinions are being defended in Washington. I'm grateful for opportunities like this to discuss the work I'm engaged in on their behalf and to provide updates on the issues that affect my constituents here in Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District," stated Congressman Dent. "These types of direct engagements that allow me to hear personal accounts and concerns are always valued, and I will continue my efforts to bring the voice of the community with me through my work in Washington."

The event lasted for a little over an hour. Questions raised by attendees focused on a broad range of topics including federal regulatory burdens, insurance premium costs, Medicare, and Veterans issues.
