WASHINGTON – U.S. Rep. Charlie Dent (PA-15) was sworn in today as a member of the 111th Congress, beginning his third term representing the people of Pennsylvania’s Fifteenth Congressional District. Congressman Dent also welcomed constituents to his new Washington office at 1009 Longworth House Office Building.

“I am greatly honored to have the responsibility of representing my constituents for the next two years,” Congressman Dent said. “This is a time when our nation faces many challenges. I look forward to helping forge bipartisan, common-sense solutions the American people expect and deserve.”

Congressman Dent said his priorities for the 111th Congress include: Addressing the nation’s economy with pro-growth policies, spurring investment and job creation; continuing to upgrade our nation’s homeland security and border protection efforts; and pursuing energy policies that rely on available American resources first, and invest in renewable energy for the future.
