Clyde and Mary Oskin along with Lowell and Lois Glaser at the ceremony where Clyde and Lowell received the Bronze Stars they earned for their service during WW II.
It was my privilege to present Clyde "Junie" Oskin with the Bronze Star he had earned for his service during WW II but had never received. His daughter-in-law helps pin the star on while Junie's wife, Mary, watches.
It was my privilege to present "Bud" Glaser the Bronze Star he had earned for his service during WW II but had never received. Bud served in the Pacific Theater. He is pictured here with his wife, Lois.
I was honored to be able to present Lowell "Bud" Glaser (on left) and Clyde "Junie" Oskin the Bronze Stars they had earned but never received for their service to America in WW II.
My thanks to (L to R) Michael Nester, Christopher Pany and Eric Heinel for the outstanding work they did in my DC office as summer interns.
